Only qualifying spools return to circulation. Damaged or unsafe spools are not reused simply to increase recycling numbers.
Return standards
Suitable for inspection
Complete reusable spool assemblies, normal cosmetic wear, structurally sound spools, functional locking mechanisms, and spools capable of securely holding another refill.
May not qualify for reuse
Cracked or severely warped spools, missing components, broken locking mechanisms, heavy contamination, unsafe modifications, or significant structural damage.
All returned spools are subject to Yupe3D inspection before being approved for reuse.
Program rewards
Qualifying returned spools may be eligible for Yupe3D’s Reusable Spool Recycling Program rewards. Spools must first be received and verified before they count toward any applicable program reward.

Do I have to return my reusable spool?
No. Keep using it while you need it; return it when you have extras or no longer need it.
Can I reuse the spool myself?
Yes. Install another compatible refill and continue using the spool.
Can damaged spools be returned?
They may not be returned for inspection, damaged spools will not qualify to return to circulation.
Should I return one spool at a time?
collect 10 empty reuseable spools and return them together.
